Locate the Setup A Call tab from your user control panel and you will be sending out notifications in a matter of minutes.
Add, Modify or Remove contacts from your calling lists through the Manage Your Contacts tab. You are also to set up various call groups to organize your notifications.
Once you record a notification for your account, you have the ability to preview, delete and add new recordings at any time. We offer three different options when it comes to creating a new recording:
Record your notification over the phone and once you are satisfied it will be automatically added to your online control panel.
Create your own custom notification using voice recording software on your home computer and then upload it to our system in .mp3 or .wav format.
Type a message in to the text box within your user control panel and our Text-To-Speech tool will convert it into a recording - a computerized voice will notify your recipients.
Browse our in-depth call reports to analyze the notifications that you send out using our service. Check to see how many calls were successful, who answered your call, how many went to voice message and who listened to the entire message.
